Tracey Steiner is a seasoned professional in the electric cooperative sector, currently serving as the Chief Engagement & Consumer Officer at Rappahannock Electric Cooperative since January 2022. Prior to this role, Tracey held the position of Vice President for Education & Training at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association from March 2012 to January 2022. Tracey also contributed to NRECA as Corporate Counsel from 1998 to 2005. Academically, Tracey holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
