Richard Huteson is an experienced planning professional currently serving as a Partner at Rapleys since May 2015. Prior to this role, Richard held positions as Planning Director at WYG Group and Associate Director at Johnson Brook. Richard's career includes significant experience as Town Planning Manager at Asda Stores Ltd and Associate Director at CB Richard Ellis. Richard began the professional journey as Head of Planning at Scott Wilson. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Town & Country Planning from Leeds Beckett University, a Diploma in Town Planning from Sheffield Hallam University, and a Higher National Diploma in Building Studies from Grimsby College of Arts and Technology. Richard is also a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
