Jose A. M. completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Finance from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, which they attended from 1987 to 1989. Jose A. also received an Honorary Doctorate in Operations and Logistics from Arizona State University in 2004. Prior to that, Jose earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1978 to 1982.
