CJ Parker has a diverse work experience with a focus on network operations and customer service. They started their career as a Lifeguard/Supervisor at Sparkling Pool Services, Inc. from June 2011 to September 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Bartender at Deewan from February 2015 to January 2016. They then gained IT experience as an Information Technology Intern at XenoBiotic Laboratories, Inc / WuXi AppTec, Inc. from November 2015 to June 2016, where they provided IT support and interacted with over 100 users. CJ Parker continued to expand their IT skills as an IT Helpdesk Intern at Heritage Pharmaceuticals Inc. from October 2016 to July 2017. They joined iconectiv in October 2017 and held the role of Customer Service Desk Analyst from October 2017 to January 2020, followed by the role of Network Operations Center Engineer from January 2020 to August 2021. Currently, CJ Parker is working at RapidSOS as a Network Operations Center Engineer since August 2021 and was promoted to Senior Network Operations Center Engineer in September 2022.

CJ Parker obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from DeVry University. In December 2020, CJ also obtained the CompTIA Linux+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
