Noel Moulard, RNC-MNN, BSN, currently serves as the Nursing Manager for labor and delivery at Rapides Regional Medical Center, specifically within the Rapides Women and Children's Hospital since September 2020. Prior to this role, Noel gained valuable experience as a registered nurse in the nursery at the same facility and has also worked as a registered nurse at Christus St Frances Cabrini.
