Jeff DeSouza is an experienced software developer and engineer with a strong background in building and maintaining comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Currently serving as a Software Curriculum and Development Engineer at RapidAscent since June 2022, Jeff previously held the position of Software Engineering Immersive Resident at Galvanize Inc. from December 2021 to June 2022. Jeff's extensive experience includes over a decade at HearthStone Baking Company, where a robust ordering system evolved into a complete ERP solution, and a similar role at Signature Baking Company, where Jeff maintained a distinct version of the ERP tailored to that business. Additionally, Jeff operated a commercial bread factory for twelve years and briefly owned a food truck. Educational achievements include a B.S. in Applied Science with a focus on Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis and training from Hack Reactor.
