Glenn Schwartz is a seasoned professional in energy policy, currently serving as the Director of Energy Policy at Rapidan Energy Group since August 2016. Prior to this role, Glenn held the position of Director of Legal Analysis - Emissions and Clean Energy at PIRA Energy Group from August 2010 to June 2016. Glenn Schwartz earned a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law between 2004 and 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004.
