Olivier Bailliez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. In 2001, they started their career as a Channel Partner Manager at DATISA, where they managed partnerships until 2006. Olivier then moved on to Panda Security, where they served as the Asia Pacific Regional Manager from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Speexx as a Key Account Manager and held the position until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Raytheon|Websense as the Spain and Portugal Manager. In 2015, they joined Trend Micro as a Territory Account Manager and stayed with the company until 2021. Following that, Olivier worked as a Senior Named Account Manager at Proofpoint for a year. Currently, they are serving as the Spain and Portugal Sales Manager at Rapid7 from May 2022 onwards.

Olivier Bailliez began their education journey in 1998 at ESIC Business & Marketing School, where they pursued a degree in Gestion Comercial y Marketing. Olivier successfully completed their studies in 2002. In 2000, Olivier expanded their educational pursuits and attended Florida Atlantic University for a year, focusing on Marketing.
