Matt Consoli's work experience begins in 2012 when they served as Vice President of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. In 2013, they worked as a Business Development & Digital Intern at Entercom. Then, in 2014, they joined Epsilon as an Associate Business Systems Analyst and later advanced to the roles of Business Systems Analyst and Lead Sales Operations Analyst. In 2017, they transitioned to Rapid7 as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst and eventually became the Manager of Data Strategy. Their most recent position at Rapid7 is Senior Manager of GTC Product Management, which they have held since February 2022. Prior to their professional career, Matt Consoli also worked as a Lawyer's Assistant at Wilshusen & Associates, Attorneys at Law. Matt completed their education at Clemson University, where they were a Student and later a Supplemental Instructor from 2010 to 2014.

Matt Consoli attended Central Catholic High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. Following their high school education, they attended Clemson University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Marketing. Additionally, in 2013, Matt Consoli enrolled in Cass Business School at City University, where they pursued studies in Branding & Advertising and New Venture Thinking.
