Corey Morin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in compensation and HR insights. In 2021, Corey started working at Rapid7 as the Director of Compensation. Prior to that, Corey worked at iRobot from 2017 to 2021, first as a Senior Manager of Compensation and HR Insights, and then as a Compensation Partner. From 2010 to 2017, Corey worked at Iron Mountain, holding the positions of Manager of Global Equity Compensation/Compensation Partner and Senior Compensation Analyst. Before that, Corey worked at Fidelity Investments from 2007 to 2010, initially as a Control and Restricted Stock Specialist and later as a Financial Reporting Analyst.
Corey Morin obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Corey obtained a Certified HR Reporting Specialist certification from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in August 2021. They also obtained a certification in Excel Data Visualization: Mastering 20+ Charts and Graphs from LinkedIn in June 2021, and a certification in Strategic HR Metrics from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in June 2021. Corey gained proficiency in data analysis using Excel through a certification in Learning Excel: Data Analysis from LinkedIn in June 2020. Additionally, Corey obtained a Certified Equity Professional certification from Santa Clara University in November 2008.
