Natalie Oleksyn has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked at vidgroup as a Producer of multimedia projects from February to September. Later that year, they joined LINZA Production as a Senior Project Manager from October 2018 to August 2020. In 2021, Natalie became a part of Launch Labs, initially serving as a Lead Project Manager from April 2021 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Launch Labs starting from January 2023.

Natalie Oleksyn attended the Institute of International Relations Kyiv from 2016 to 2020. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Law, specializing in oral and written translation.
