Ben Swinford has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ben is currently the VP of Video & Streaming Engineering at NBC Sports Next, a role they started in 2022. Prior to this, Ben was a Partner at Launch Labs, where they provided talented offshore teams for US companies in need of custom software development starting in 2019.

Before Launch Labs, Ben was the Co-Founder of Rapid Replay, a video tech company specializing in video delivery tools for sports organizations. Rapid Replay was acquired by NBCUniversal in September 2022. During their time at Rapid Replay from 2017 to 2022, Ben served as the CTO and led a team of offshore software developers.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked as a Software Engineer in the field of software development from 2015 to 2018. Ben also has experience in the sports industry, having worked as a Coach and Player in baseball from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, Ben had a consulting internship at Accenture in 2013.

From 2010 to 2014, Ben Swinford attended Cornell University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
