Kirk Malloy is the Founder and CEO of BioAdvisors, LLC, specializing in business strategy consulting and executive coaching for life science, genomics, and molecular diagnostics companies since April 2016. In addition to this role, Kirk serves as Chairman of the Board at both Rapid Micro Biosystems and Tagomics, and as a Board Member for Araceli Biosciences and DermTech. Kirk has held multiple advisory positions, including Technical Advisory Board Member at IQ Capital and Arboretum Ventures. Kirk's notable contributions include directorships at JumpCode Genomics and NanoString Technologies, the latter of which experienced a successful acquisition under Kirk's governance. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Marine Biology/Biochemistry from the University of Delaware and a Corporate Director Certification from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
