Colleen Bsharah has a range of experience in human resources and program assistance. Colleen most recently worked as a Human Resources Director at Rapid City Medical Center, LLP, where they were responsible for various personnel employment functions such as recruitment, employee compensation, benefits initiatives, and compliance with employment law. Prior to that, they held various roles at Rapid City Area Schools, including Human Resources Manager, Generalist, and Specialist. Colleen also worked as a Strategic Partnerships and College & Career Readiness Program Assistant at the same organization. Before that, they served as a Member Services Administrator at Black Hills Association of REALTORSĀ®. Colleen'searlier career includes positions at National American University as a Re-Entry Admissions Advisor and Senior Learner Services Advisor.

Colleen Bsharah obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree with an emphasis in Human Resources from South Dakota State University, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Central High School in an unspecified year.
