Casey Poli is an experienced claims examiner with a robust background in insurance claims management. Since July 2019, Casey has worked at Raphael & Associates, specializing in the examination of claims. Prior to this role, Casey served as a Senior Claims Representative at Penn National Insurance / Inservco from July 2008 to December 2012, where responsibilities included managing a substantial volume of liability claims, conducting investigations, and overseeing the claims process from initiation to resolution. Earlier experience at Selective Insurance involved similar duties as a Claims Representative, handling multiple open liability claims while maintaining accurate records and reserves. Additional experience includes working as a Litigation Assistant, providing support in legal matters. Casey holds several insurance designations including AIC, SCLA, AINS, and CISR, and has an Associate's degree in English Language and Literature from Rowan College at Burlington County.
