Phil Siek has extensive experience in the construction and planning sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of Planning and Construction at Sanford Health since May 2005, where previous roles included Director of Construction Project Management and Project Manager. In addition to this role, Phil Siek has been an Adjunct Faculty member at North Dakota State University since August 2017, contributing to the College of Engineering's Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering. Phil Siek also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center since December 2022. Phil Siek holds a Bachelor of Science in Facility Design & Management from North Dakota State University and a Master of Business Administration in Management from the University of Mary.
