Amanda Barrios possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Rapattoni Corporation since June 2008. Responsibilities include full life cycle HR functions, talent acquisition, leadership development, and legal compliance, while also managing compensation planning and HRIS software administration. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as the Sr. Manager of People & Culture at Abbyson for a brief period in 2019, focusing on management training and organizational development. Amanda began a career in training and employee relations as a Certified Corporate Trainer at Wood Ranch from December 1999 to April 2010. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge.
