Zach Rensch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in safety management, health care, and direct support services. Currently serving as Safety Manager and Training Coordinator at RAO Manufacturing since October 2022, Zach previously worked as a Health Plan Specialist at Medica and held roles in direct support at Imagine Possibilities, Albertina Kerr, Gayle Koop Foster Care, and TBI Residential & Community Services. Zach's responsibilities have included leading group activities, updating participant files, administering medication, and collaborating with families and medical professionals to enhance client wellbeing. Zach holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
