Steve Simmons is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial transformation and planning. Currently serving as the Head of Finance Transformation and Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at The Rank Group plc since December 2014, Steve specializes in areas such as financial planning and analysis, going concern assessments, impairment issues, banking, and strategic planning. Previous roles include Head of International Digital Finance and Programme Manager for Finance Transformation, as well as leadership positions in system migration and IT finance at Elsevier and MW Kellogg, where Steve focused on resource planning within the oil and gas sector.
