Nicole Edwards has a diverse professional background in customer service and compliance, currently serving as an Interactive Compliance Executive at The Rank Group plc since August 2020, after previously holding positions as a Customer Verification Analyst (AML) and Complaint Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, Nicole worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Sky, where responsibilities included cross-channel support and complaint handling.
