Alamgir Kabir has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as HRBP for Talent Management, HR Operations, Performance Management System, and HR Information System at Rangs Group since July 2022. Prior to this, Alamgir held key HR roles at Anwar Group of Industries, overseeing HR Operations and HRIS for several strategic business units and focusing on workforce development and succession planning. Alamgir's career began at Mir Group of Companies, progressing through various HR positions, including Employee Relations Specialist and HR Officer, where responsibilities included recruitment, exit interviews, and payroll management. Alamgir holds multiple HR-related qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from ABP in the UK and a Master's in Business Administration from Southeast University, complemented by a Higher Secondary Certificate in Business Studies.
