Mike Robinson is an experienced professional in the field of sports coaching and education, currently serving as the Director of Basketball at Rangitoto College since January 2024. With a strong background in basketball, Mike was the Head of Basketball at Sacred Heart College in Auckland from January 2017 to December 2023 and has also worked as a Coach at Precision Movement Limited from February 2016 to March 2019. In addition to practical coaching experience, Mike has been a Teaching Assistant at Auckland University of Technology since February 2017. Mike's educational pursuits include a Postgraduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise, Coaching and Teaching, and a Graduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise, Coaching and Teaching, both from Auckland University of Technology, where studies are ongoing. Prior to a career in sports, Mike worked as a Lighting Designer at ECC New Zealand for over two decades.
