Marta Anglada Mercader is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and team development. Currently, Marta works at Randstad since November 2021, focusing on HR functions. Prior to this role, Marta was involved in selection and development at Costa Brava Mediterranean Foods from February 2021 to November 2021. Marta's earlier experience includes HR roles at Externalia Outsourcing Comercial, where Marta worked from February 2017 to January 2021, managing teams in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical sectors. Additionally, Marta served as an Educadora Centro Abierto at Salesianos España from October 2014 to June 2017, providing educational support to children and adolescents. Marta holds a degree in Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona, completed a postgraduate in Clinical Psychopathology, and has further education in HR management from Prosergén.
