Jaya van den Berg is an experienced professional currently serving as the Experience Center Delivery Lead at Randstad, where responsibilities include facilitating communication between account teams and marketing to enhance content and event planning since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jaya completed a UX Research & Design Traineeship with Yacht trainees, focusing on developing optimal customer journeys, while also gaining product and design-related experience as a Co-Founder of MOXI and a Product Photographer at neef louis design. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Design for Interaction from Delft University of Technology, along with Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial Design and Three Dimensional Design from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Jaya's diverse background also includes roles in hospitality, sales, and teaching, showcasing strong communication and collaboration skills across various industries.
