Paul Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Paul started their career in 2008 as a Staffing Specialist at Interim HealthCare. Paul then moved on to work as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International from 2009 to 2012, where they eventually became a Senior Staffing Manager. In 2012, Martin joined Mondo as a Senior Account Director, leading the expansion into the Boston market before being promoted to Sales Manager. Paul served as the Regional Sales Director for the West region at Mondo from 2013 to 2016. Martin then worked as the Vice President of Sales at International Programming & Systems, Inc. from 2016 to 2017, where they built and led the Sales and Recruiting organization. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Sales at Randstad Technologies US, a role they assumed in 2022. Overall, Martin has gained extensive experience in sales, recruiting, team management, customer acquisition and retention, and business operations throughout their professional journey.

Paul Martin attended Quinnipiac University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
