Lindsay Ridlehuber Smith has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the recruiting and technology industry. Lindsay currently holds the position of Vice President - Tools, Execution, & Optimization at Randstad Digital US since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Director at Randstad Digital US starting from May 2019.

Before their tenure at Randstad Digital US, Lindsay worked at Randstad Technologies US for almost a decade. Lindsay held the positions of RCD Director from October 2017 to May 2019 and RCD National Recruiting Director from January 2015 to October 2017. In these roles, they managed all recruiting efforts for the RCD Woburn division nationwide and led a team of recruiters in the US and India. Lindsay also oversaw multiple accounts and managed the interactions between sales and recruiting.

Lindsay's career began in 2006 at Analysts International, where they worked as a Recruiter. In this role, they assisted corporate clients in finding qualified candidates for open positions and worked closely with management on recruitment planning and project fulfillment. Clients they assisted included AT&T, CSC, and Texas Instruments.

In addition, Lindsay gained experience working as an intern at the United States House of Representatives in 2006.

Throughout their career, Lindsay has demonstrated their expertise in recruitment, leadership, and team management.

Lindsay Ridlehuber Smith MBA earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Carolina Aiken in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in European History at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2010 to 2013. Lindsay also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Texas A&M University, where they studied Leadership and Development, as well as History and Chemistry from 2002 to 2006.
