Alisia Genzler has extensive work experience in the staffing industry. Alisia joined Spherion as the National Director of Sales and Operations in 2000. In 2002, they moved to Randstad USA, where they held various positions including Managing Director, Vice President of Randstad Technologies, and later Executive Vice President of Randstad Technologies. In 2017, Genzler became the President and Chief Client Officer of Randstad Digital US. Alisia currently holds the position of Group President and Chief Client Officer at the company. Additionally, they are an Executive Board Member of B2B GENERAL PARTNER, LLC | Randstad Federal, a role they started in 2021.

Alisia Genzler attended London Business School from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Marquette University.
