Christine Beaudry has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the staffing and risk management industry. Christine is currently the Vice President of Safety & Risk Management at Randstad Canada since September 2013. In this role, they provide leadership and subject matter expertise on risk management, implements and manages loss control programs, and standardizes health and safety policies and procedures across the business. Prior to their role at Randstad Canada, they worked as the Risk Management Manager at The Staffing Edge from 2004 to September 2013, where they managed HR provisions, ensured compliance with government legislations, and implemented new policies and procedures. Before that, they served as the Recruitment Manager at TOSI Placement Services from 2001 to 2004 and as a Temp and Perm Recruiter at Bradson/Spherion from 1999 to 2001.

Christine Beaudry obtained their Certified Human Resources Professional Designation from Sheridan College in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with Honours in Leisure Studies from the University of Ottawa between 1991 and 1996. Their secondary education includes an OSSD Diploma from Franco Cite, completed from 1987 to 1991.
