Carly Pearce Ed.D serves as Adjunct Faculty and Assistant Director of the Master of Arts in Coaching and Sport Leadership Program at Randolph College since June 2022. Prior experience includes a 14-year tenure at Averett University, where Carly held various leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Enrollment and Executive Director of Student Services, focusing on student retention and degree completion. Notably, as Senior Woman Administrator and Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Averett, Carly transformed the women’s soccer program from a 1-16 team to a conference champion, achieving significant accolades such as the 2012 USA South Conference Coach of the Year and multiple postseason appearances. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Gardner-Webb University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Master of Science in Collegiate Scholarship/Services from Northeastern State University.
