Shashank Randev is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in venture capital, startup acceleration, and financial research. Since May 2018, Shashank has been involved with Randev Ventures, a family office focused on value creation across geographies, particularly in India and the United Arab Emirates. As a founder and co-founder of 100X.VC, Shashank contributed to a $20M early-stage fund. Prior to this, Shashank played a pivotal role as the Director at Z Nation Lab, where over 70 tech-enabled startups were accelerated and 16 were directly invested in. Shashank also held key positions at News Corp and VCCircle, where strategic leadership in business development and product management was demonstrated. Academic credentials include an MBA from the International Management Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Nagpur University.
