Leslie K. Kay is an experienced educator and nutrition professional with a diverse background in teaching and clinical dietetics. Currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Rancho Santiago Community College District since October 2016, Leslie teaches Institutional Food Service while preparing students for the ServSafe Manager Certification. In addition, Leslie has been an Adjunct Lecturer at California State University, San Marcos since August 2013, focusing on Health and Human Development. As a Regional Dietitian for Nutrition Management Services Company since 2009, Leslie provides nutrition education and technical support to Fairmont Private Schools.
