Mariana Morales Nettel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the hospitality and service sectors. Currently serving as the Learning & Culture Manager and Coordinadora de Seguridad e Higiene at Rancho Pescadero since July 2020, Mariana is responsible for workplace safety and health, developing internal protocols and training staff. Previous roles include Assistant Administrator at Baja Farm Fresh and Administrative Assistant at Rancho Pescadero, where expertise was demonstrated in accounts receivable, payroll, inventory control, and human resources support.
