Ashley Watson MSc OLY is a highly experienced physiotherapist and sports therapist currently working at Ramsay Health Care UK, specializing in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic care. In addition to this role, Ashley serves as an athlete with Jamaica Bobsleigh & Skeleton and has been the clinical manager and sports therapist at Anatomy Well-being, where a client base of over 300 individuals was established. Ashley has contributed to the British Bobsleigh and Skeleton Association by providing assessment and rehabilitation services, designing prehab protocols, and implementing injury prevention strategies.
