Cody Carter is a highly skilled construction professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the multifamily residential sector. As the Lead Superintendent at Rampart Multifamily since July 2019, Cody has successfully managed over five multifamily residential projects, overseeing on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety compliance and quality control. Additionally, Cody has served as an Assistant Superintendent at Schlumberger since January 2018, operating frac equipment and supporting downhole operations. Prior military experience includes serving as a Marine Corps Infantry member from June 2013 to July 2018, where Cody specialized in intelligence analysis and counterintelligence. Cody holds a Bachelor's degree in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from the University of Maryland Global Campus and graduated from Keller Central High School in 2013.
