Rynal Stephenson is an experienced transportation management professional, currently serving as the Transportation Manager at Ramey Kemp and Associates since January 2001. Prior to this role, Rynal worked as a Traffic Safety Engineer at NCDOT from January 2000 to January 2001. Rynal holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation from North Carolina State University, completed in 2000, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, earned in 1998.
