Jayalakshmi TN is a Vice President at Ramco Systems, currently overseeing Global Customer eXperience in ERP and serving as the QA Head. With a strong background in program management and project delivery, Jayalakshmi has also held roles as Associate Vice President and Director within the company. Prior to their current position, Jayalakshmi was a Senior Delivery Manager at Emerio Technologies and held various leadership roles at Ramco Systems, focusing on strategic projects and customizations development. Jayalakshmi holds a Master of Technology in Industrial Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy.
