Tavia Rutledge is a seasoned professional in environmental science and engineering with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Compliance, Strategy, and Transaction (CST) Service Line Leader for the Americas and Principal at Ramboll since July 2001, Tavia has a strong focus on transactional environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance auditing, environmental permitting, and the New Jersey Industrial Site Recovery Act. Prior experience includes roles as an Environmental Scientist/Project Manager at Sadat Associates, Inc. and as an EHS Coordinator at Inolex Chemical Company. Tavia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Drexel University.
