Ruchika Arya serves as the HR Technology Lead and Team Lead of Global Learning at Ramboll since August 2021, following a tenure as Senior HR Systems Specialist and HRIS Analyst at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. from May 2016 to August 2021. Ruchika's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Associate at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Learning Administrator at NIIT Limited. An internship at the National Small Industries Corporation focused on the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) for employees. Ruchika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Jagannath International Management School, completing studies in 2013, and attended The Air Force School in Subroto Park from 1997 to 2010.
