Mark Bannister is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in human capital management across diverse global environments. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Ramboll since May 2023, Mark oversees recruitment efforts in 37 countries, coordinating teams in the UK, US, India, and APAC. Prior to Ramboll, Mark held significant roles at ManpowerGroup Solutions as Programme Director, leading large-scale hiring initiatives and managing operational strategies for various client programmes. Mark also has a strong background in account management and consultancy, having worked with organizations such as Randstad Sourceright, hyphen Recruitment Outsourcing, and Rousseau Consulting, as well as holding leadership positions at Blue Arrow and Carlisle Managed Solutions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Media from De Montfort University and has developed expertise in operational leadership, employee life cycle support, and strategic recruitment solutions throughout an accomplished career.
