Dakshi Sahota is currently a Global Reward Analyst at Ramboll since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst and Compensation and Benefits Analyst at Mercer from July 2021 to July 2023. Dakshi also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Wobb for a brief period in late 2020 and completed an internship as a Human Resources Intern at Excelity Global in early 2020. Additionally, a stint in social work was undertaken at Fame India in August 2019. Dakshi holds a Master of Social Work with a focus on Human Resource Development and Management from Christ University, Bangalore (2019-2021), and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Delhi University (2016-2019).
