While the Company’s core portfolio consists of direct ownership of more than 1,000 rental apartment units, it is also active in other business lines including: development, lending, and special situations investing. With a flexible mandate to own and invest in any type of real estate business or property, Rambleside has executed over $500 million of property and capital markets transactions since its inception.
