Caroline Dunaway is the Vice President at RAM Partners, bringing over 20 years of multifamily industry expertise to executive leadership roles. Having begun their career at RAM Partners in 2006, Caroline recently rejoined the team after serving as Vice President of New Business Development at Asset Living and in various management positions at other property management companies. Caroline specializes in lease-up and pre-development projects, as well as value-add and redevelopment initiatives. They continue their education at Converse University.
