Drew Mavrikos is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Head of Sales at Rally UXR since April 2024. Mavrikos has been a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital Catalyst since March 2022, supporting early-stage B2B software companies with venture capital and go-to-market strategies. Prior to this, Mavrikos was the VP of Sales at Fairwinds from July 2019 to April 2024, managing direct sales and leading the revenue organization. Mavrikos began a career at IBM Resilient, where several positions were held from April 2012 to July 2019, culminating as North America Sales Manager, after the company's acquisition by IBM Security. Previous roles include various sales positions at Brightcove and market research at Cushman & Wakefield. Drew Mavrikos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University.
