Heather Grosso

Customer Success Manager at RallyBright

Heather Grosso has a varied work experience, beginning with their role as a Gallery Assistant at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University in 2011. Heather then held the role of Honors Thesis Research Fellow at the same university. In 2015, they became the Guest Services Director & Mindfulness Instructor at Heartland Wellness Retreat and Spa. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Northwestern University. In 2020, they were a Writer and Graphic Designer, and also worked as an Online Tech Assistant (Summers) for Dr. Cindy Conlon. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the roles of Customer Success Manager and Executive Coordinator at RallyBright.

Heather Grosso holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University.
