Chris DiBona is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity and open-source initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Fellow in Cyber Research at the Royal United Services Institute, Chris also holds board positions with the Rocky Enterprise Software Foundation and is a Limited Partner in Mercury Fund V. With a notable background at Google as a Senior Director of Open Source, Chris led the open source program office while collaborating across various Alphabet entities. Additional roles include being CEO of Paddle Creek Games, a Technical Partner at Rally Ventures, and providing advisory services to multiple organizations, including IRILL and the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission. Chris holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from George Mason University.
