Kelli Nicholson is an experienced professional in employee relations and training management, currently serving as an Employee Relations Specialist at Rally House since November 2024. Previously, Kelli held the position of Training Manager at ResCare Community Living from July 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included designing training materials and collaborating on program evaluations. Prior to that, Kelli worked at Cushman & Wakefield in various capacities, including Facilities Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant, managing facility operations and client relations. Kelli Nicholson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Friends University, along with degrees in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Butler Community College.
