Ashley Beard has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as District Manager at Rally House since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley spent over a decade at Victoria's Secret, progressing through multiple positions from Product Manager to Store Manager. Additional experience includes a tenure as Assistant Manager at Coach and various roles at Victoria's Secret earlier in the career, including Category Manager of Lingerie and Holiday Merchandise Flow Supervisor. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007.
