Jacques Marco is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector. As the Founder and CEO of Axis since April 2021, Jacques has spearheaded initiatives to drive innovation in financial services. In addition, Jacques serves as a Limited Partner at Rally Cap Ventures, an exclusive community focusing on investments in early-stage startups across Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Previously, Jacques co-founded and served as CEO of Raseedy, Egypt's first independent mobile wallet, which was acquired by MNT-Halan in 2020. Roles at MNT-Halan included Financial Analyst and Head of Operations for Electronic Payments & Digitization. Earlier career experiences also include an Investment Banking Analyst position at ALEXBANK. Jacques holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Economics and Politics from New York University and completed the HBS-Accion Program in Strategic Leadership in Inclusive Finance at Harvard Business School Executive Education, alongside an International Baccalaureate from St. Clare's, Oxford.
