David Passmore, MAI, has extensive experience in the appraisal industry, currently serving as Manager at Rally Appraisal since June 2006. Prior to this role, David held the position of Office Manager and Senior Commercial Appraiser at Rally Appraisal LLC from 2006 to 2009. David began the professional journey as a Staff Appraiser at Appraisal Associates Company from October 1998 until June 2006. David obtained a degree from the University of Iowa, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1992.
