William Rui is an accomplished Account Executive at We Are RALLY since February 2023, with previous experience as a Political Account Coordinator at Shallman Communications from December 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included drafting diverse communications such as press releases and speeches. Involvement with the Cormier Youth Center from July 2017 to May 2021 as an Andover Youth Services Staffer included coaching and organizing volleyball programs, as well as reviving the Merrimack Valley Middle School Girls Competitive League. Additionally, at Playworks in 2019, William served as both Government Affairs Associate and Programs Associate, leading efforts for an Anti-Bully campaign. A legislative internship at the U.S. House of Representatives provided experience in research and constituent liaison activities. Volunteer efforts at SocioConnect involved database enhancement for a non-profit organization. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from New York University, graduated in May 2021, and completed high school at Andover High School in 2017.
